After months of content planning, website tweaking and recipe testing, the day has finally come to unveil this new passion project of mine. Welcome, friends, to my digital dining room. Here, the recipes are ruled by one statute: is it something I find delicious? Like can't-stop-sneaking-bites-off-the-sheet-tray and make-it-twice-in-one-week delicious?

Teenage years spent in Texas formed my love for Mexican food, while a twenty-something spell in San Francisco trained my palate to crave the flavors of Asia. Now that I'm back where I was born—in the Pacific Northwest—my love of seafood and local produce has never been stronger. So get ready for recipes that combine a joyful mishmosh of ingredients I've grown up with and grown to love. I hope you'll love them too.
